This is exactly why only 13 pilots out of 700 have joined the IBT. This will be a divided group until we separate or go out of business. If it is the latter, the IBT is going to be on the hook for an incredible DFR lawsuit.
So you're going to file a DFR suit against a union you're not a member of? What do they owe you if you're not a member?
