If guys like these can not see the value of unity, we don't stand a chance. He is so self-centered ("MY time") that he'll never 'get it'. This next contract is about US. Not his precious 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the group of involved pilots have their futures tied to this slug. When you find one in your cockpit, make certain that you give him an ear full guilt trip that will, hopefully, get him involved.
