This gets reserve back to what it was years ago right? Where senior pilots didn't fly?

I prefer the raw score system but it needs improvements and one of those is in YS'ing for a specific trip. If they did that by seniority I'm fine with that but the current method is not acceptable. There is a lot of operating in the blind and being at the mercy of a particular scheduling doing stuff at will that needs changing. Such as request PM short call and get 0730 when pilots who are junior and have lower RAW's get 1430.

It flat out needs to be computerized and published. There is no need to cloak reserve utilization and short call orders. It's no different then PBS, we can see via PBS the reasons why something happened and see what everyone else did- so why not do that for reserve utilization?

But right now senior reserve pilots have weekends off on my airplane and fly next to nothing. That option is there on the domestic side. But on the international side I know things are different.
