There's the problem - we don't see it that way. I have great scheduling, pay, and I'm totally comfortable with the job I have. I got three calls for JA's that I declined over the last three days because I rearranged my schedule to have an 8 day block off to go out of town. I've flown under 20 hours this month and have 84 hours of pay coming my way so far.
I, and most of my counterparts, don't see my employer as the "enemy".
On the other hand, I have IBT trying to destroy my career and seniority.

That's what I love about FAPA. They have officially stated that they won't favor one group over another, and have put that into practice.
