FAPA legally exists as a labor union. It's as simple as that. It's not our bargaining representative, nor is it our bargaining agent. However, no amount of saying "FAPA doesn't exist" is going to make it cease to exist as a labor union. The only way it can cease to exist is by a vote of the membership to change the C&B's to allow that to happen. Until then, it exists in perpetuity, in accordance with the C&B's.

What? Which Frontier pilots did FAPA favor in the SLI arguments? Or did you forget that they weren't representing the RAH pilots during that process?
"Reaching out" meant "you'll have to do it our way".
