Now here's what's going to happen if a JCBA is not reached, UAL will move and base airplanes wherever they think will be the best gauge for the routes. Nothing to stop them and I don't think the plan is to force a JCBA.

OK now all you CAL guys and gals who have been hollering to get back to DEN from IAH, here's your chance! And please don't tell me or any the rest of us you won't bid it until there's a JCBA, I can't stand fibbing.
