It's a math equation to get the interview from what I understand. 3 Rec's +1, "top tier" University degree +1 (I believe the academies don't count), college GPA 2.5-3.5 +1, hours some but not too much +1, type flown +1 (don't think 130 gets you a point there), etc. The wizard evaluates your profile and if the numbers are right you are granted an interview. There are a bunch more criteria but your guess is as good as anyone's what they are. Good Luck.
