2001-2005 and in bankruptcy was a very different time, than 2010 with with the power of a strike. You (& ALPA )held all the cards and signed a deal for less than bankruptcy/concession contacts. That's the bottom line!
That being said I do agree its a small part of the industry, but every part counts and until ALPA realizes that we are all doomed to be under cut.
Now you did it, you kicked over the hornet's nest of the "I'm just glad to be out of that darn RJ" crowd. We do, in fact have the BEST work rules of any regional out there. These guys had no idea (and still don't) what kind of leverage they had, and pi$$ed it away.
