Welcome to the 21st Century, this was how things were done in the 20th Century but the world/economy has evolved and so has the aviation industry. These freight and CFI jobs are scarce today unlike the 20th Century when people could fly checks around the country. It's easier to get hired flying a 50,000 lbs RJ or T-Prop than flying a piston. Times have changed, the industry has evolved and as soon as people like you realize that the better it will be for all of us collectively. Once you step out of your self centered bubble "you will understand" Until then have fun baby sitting!!! Like ERJF15 and I stated before, there are some of us who are FOs but understand responsibility and what it's like to deal with young and inexperienced individuals. I don't need to be on the left seat to understand how things operate. On that note I do understand that most don't share my mentality and life experiences, that is what makes this job what it is. We travel and experience different people on our day to day lives.
