Of course it was going to happen after the contract was voted on, but I don't think anyone voted to have a contract just to get an SLI.
My guess is those who are whining had no idea that the SLI was essentially tied directly to approval of the TA. And in turn, they probably did not understand how binding arbitration could possible affect them. That's the group I'm amazed by.
