Ram I will disagree here. I think a lot of people realize that our "return on investment" was short. When people ask about our contract, I say it isn't bad and I personally can't complain, but for going on strike we came up short.
I enjoy my QOL here and and think we have a decent thing going, but yes it could have been better. There are people on both extremes of the spectrum you on one side and Captscott on the other and a lot like me in between. Just my .02
