But I do agree we have many guys who hold an ATP and have thousand of hours of aeronautical experience sitting in the left seat not full filing their duties as a Captain or as a productive member of society!
You're correct. I flew with a good one this week. He let me do my job and I watched my crews backs. We even had an emergency...got our crap done and came home to our families. We both showed leadership.
