You do realize that Delta's minimums are only 1200 total and 1000 turbine (including SIC). Through this program, as long as an individual meets these mins, they can get a guaranteed interview, while those who have applied for 2+ years with 4-5k+ hours get nothing. Even on reserve at ASA, getting a 1000 turbine probably can't take more than 1.5 to 2 yrs.
