That candidate that still has to pay all course fees (I'm guessing $100K+) to pursue a job offer that's extremely narrow in scope, not to mention the $23/hr starting salary. This is the job market equivelelnt of being upside down on your house with 2nd and 3rd mortgages. The extraordinary expense to train oneself to be so narrowly attractive to a potential employer with few tangible skills outside the program is lunacy.
