You are correct that after departure the QRH is the controlling document, and it will be interesting to see what their said, and how it varied from Boeing's. The decision to continue will revolve around how many etp's they had. It is very plausible that this time of year with a short flight and a good tailwind, they only had one.
Yeah I do that too. My call sign should actually be "Side Track."
I'm very anxious to get the actual cause of this one. I'm not really concerned whether or not they made good decisions. I'm really just interested in why they landed gear up when there doesn't seem to be a plausible reason in my opinion.
