I keep hearing rumors about guys getting hired well below posted mins. Such as:

Guy hired at ASA with 450TT
Guy hired at Skywest with 350TT
Guy hired at GoJet with 300TT


This seems contrary to everything on the websites for each airline. Is this just 'jetway legend' or is it possible in some instances that this may have happened? I have 350TT/75 ME. Should I publish my app on AirlineApps and see what happens or just wait until I am close to 1000TT/100ME?
