BUT Taxing around ORD these days tells the story....The endless supply of fuzzy-faced, back pack wearing "Career Pilots" has made the wholesale transfer of once good-paying, Mainline pilot jobs, to coolie labor, all to easy....with help from the Mainline for sure.Where is th concern about my career? But the bottom line is that the deep pool of CFI's et al, Have more importantly given management something bigger, de-fanging and crippling of organized labor for good.
