Don't confuse apples and oranges. UAL bypass is ten years from furlough date and bypasses are unlimited until that time date. That, also, has nothing to do with the CAL jobs or a bypass and rights under that agreement.

The UAL furlough mitigation side letter is only effective until a new JCBA is negotiated. It's inclusion is at the discretion of ALPA to continue it. Whether that happens or not, remains to be seen.

Bottom line: regarding a UAL recall, with mitigation letter still in the CBA, 10 years from date of furlough.
