In a related story... I was returning home to MCO the other day and I saw 2 Virgin A330s at the terminal in MCO... for the last 15 years it has been 747s. FWIW
They are using those on the MAN route which was always thinner, but also on a newer Glasgow route. Put in VIR72 in the upper left box on Flightaware.com and see the latest flight there. There is still at least one Virgin 744 going to LGW per day from MCO, but they have also moved some of them to the Caribbean flying for the Winter.
