The ALPA apologists and shills can't move along Jack. This type of stuff is all they have left. They cannot raise ALPA's game so that we actually WANT them as our union, they can only denigrate anyone who wants to leave.

I'm tickled at the irony shown by this latest nonsense. For years, the ALPA apologists have shown utter contempt for anything whatsoever coming from USAPA. Now they list USAPA mailings as their SOURCES to prove their points. Hilarious! They use these USAPA mailings even though they're filled with statements like: "seems as though" and "looks like".

Truth is that Lee and Marty Seham are really tough guys. Really tough. They get results. They've successfully decertified ALPA, thus they will be hated by ALPA forever. Their latest success on behalf of the NBA referee's union is just another example. If any of these billing claims against Seham were actually true, don't you think they would have been disbarred by now? Or at least be on the losing end of a billing lawsuit?

Instead our usual ALPA apologists TOTALLY IGNORE the fact that our ALPA lawyers were fined and SANCTIONED by the judge in the TWA case for lying in court about an opposing counsel. But be sure you don't talk about that. Instead, just talk about alleged billing problems with the DPA law firm chosen to decertify ALPA.
