See, this is what I'm getting at. Is it really wise to pee on your support, ala DALPA? I am more DPA than ALPA, thanks to conversations with others, but seriously, you are doing more to turn me off of DPA. I have to ask myself, Are all DPA supporters as angry and condescending as you? You should be a DPA supporter because ALPA can't represent everyone's interests all if the time. The mainline guys want different things than the RJ guys, and there are more RJ guys at ALPA overall probably. Conflict of interest. Also, ALPA has really been managing expectations for this upcoming contract, even though we all know about the huge profits (via bag fees especially) and that we're still on a hugely concessionary contract. They said during the last one, the joint contract, that we would get a lot more this time due to the $2 billion or so extra dollars thanks to the added "synergies" from the merger........ I'm waiting.....this had better be a great TA. No pressure!
