They still do have to be 141 schools.
to the OP check with the school, just not online. Hampton U here in VA doesn't have their own planes. They use the FBO at the local airport which is a 141 school. Hampton pays the FBO directly though so all of your tuition fees for flight are paid directly to Hampton U. There was rumor before the law changed that unless the school operated their own it wouldn't qualify. I know for a fact that Hampton uses the FBO and I know for a fact the VA is currently paying for people in the flight program. They have a 4 year degree in Aviation Education. I know this doesn't help out in TX but if they are doing it I am sure many other schools are too.
