A fast contract that doesn't start to fix our massive scope loans and offers little more than an initial 5-15% increase followed by full or partial COLA, and actually may end up making scope worse, is something we absolutely can't afford.

D/ALPA needs to agressively come out and state that scope reversals at all levels will occur as the highest priority or replacing the bargainig agent is the least of our worries.
