The second time we got the 10 year deal, but as I understand it, if we decide to come back lets say at year 8 or 9 and there are no classes, we would lose our rights to come back after 10 years. What I heard from Delta guys is that they just have to decide to come back before the 10 year mark. This last provision I think was negotiated during the merger.

Does anyone know if the first sentence is correct? If there are no classes available, you lose your 10 year recall rights? Andy?

Also, if you wanted to take a recall to ensure you are on the property, but you were currently committed to a contract, can you take the recall, and then go on leave of absence until your contract was completed? I can't remember how that worked on Furlough #1 but I thought that's what happened. .
