You mean besides our scope language written by our ALPA conflicted lawyers that was so weak, those same lawyers say we can't defend it? This should be especially poignant to you given your thesis that it wasn't an oversight, rather it was ALPA writing the language this way on purpose.

I really wish you'd stop and think about what you've just said here for a moment. Do you really think that nearly 4,000 Delta pilots and a former MEC chairman would be supporting an organization commited to atoning for the furlough of Tim? Really Bar? You simply do not understand what this in-house union movement is about.

I want to meet and confer and work with our brothers to fix our profession. They are not my enemy.
My other airline brothers will not work under the Delta contract...only Delta pilots will. Thus there's no need to meet and confer with anyone else for MY contract. I prefer we fix our profession's problems by producing a pilot contract that leads the industry in EVERY SECTION. This would give our other airline brothers a higher bar to target.
