Ok I think I'm starting to get it. AE's with conversion dates inside of other, earlier AE's conversion dates. I now know I am destined to be confused for the rest of my career.
The standard conversion window is 270 days. As for the rest of it, embrace the suck and just wait for something you want to bid and then look for your training dates. The rest of it just makes your head hurt.
