One suggestion is to group your time by aircraft type, then enter each one as just one line in LB Pro. Put something in the remarks referring to your paper logbook, and whenever you go to an interview, be sure you take your paper ones that elaborate on what got consolidated into one line on the electronic one.

This way, you'll still be able to search to find out how much time you have in a particular type, but you won't have to enter each individual flight.
