Hats no more, just another management tactic to chip-away at this once great and respected profession. Ironic how most pilots have embraced this subtle transformation. WE have merely been reduced to the miscellaneous ranks. Next phase, CAPTAINS AUTHORITY!!... chip,chip-away, after all they're lucky to have jobs.....
