Sorry to be the one to break it to you, but unless things have changed in the last few years your rotor time, as mine did, will count for absolutely nothing!

I also have lots of military rotor, but I had to meet ALL of the fixed wing total and multi requirements. Their TT requirements are FIXED WING, and you will have to meet them regardless of the rotor time, unless of course like I said, things have changed and I suspect they haven't.



Even when you fill out the application, the rotor time simply falls off of all the totals and specific time columns. My rotor time doesn't show up as total time even in the company records.

Well, here you go. Right from the American Eagle application. I see things haven't changed since I applied awhile back. Sorry for the bad news. I think ASA might count some portion of rotor time, maybe you can try to hit them up, or of course, grab some more fixed wing time. Good luck.
