If you go on nwa.com, you can plug in the flight number, and click on view seats. It shows the ones still available.
Also, if you know a nwa guy/girl (and they like you), you can ask for a number you can call, put in the flight, and the employee number from said NWA employee, and it gives you the load, and how many are actually listed.)
