Ahhh...I see the parallel with Frontier. At Mesa, pilots jumped ahead into a bigger jet with higher pay at Freedom; at Frontier/RAH, some RAH pilots want to jump into the bigger jet with higher pay than those currently flying it.
FAULTPUSH, I know you love bashing RAHers, but I think you underestimate just how small of a group "some RAH pilots" are. The vast majority of our list just wants the hell out of here; more than willing to start at the bottom of a real airline. The majority of our 'lifers' are very rooted and settled in East Coast bases and have no interest in moving west for your precious Airbus. Those vying for Airbus spots, wiling to wait 7 years to push you down are miniscule at most.
