Lets see how my facts are:
The NC Chair is the same Chair that negotiated your last contract, Dan.
Dan was on the CHQ Committee for the CHQ/S5 SLI, I think he was the Chair, but I don't recall for certain. Travis was on the S5 side of the SLI. S5 got screwed.
Eve wasn't involved on NC the first time around, but is now.
Dan, Eve and Travis were the only noteworthy pilots on the "RAH Merger Committee." Eve was on the TAT. Bill Wilder was IBT Counsel to the "RAH Merger Committee."
Bill, Dan, Eve and Craig are the Negotiating Committee. Bill is the 357's "Professional Negotiator" whose salary is being paid by an assessment.
Craig is on the NC AND President-elect. Craig was number 114 on the MEA list, is number 1900 on the IMSL, was hired at MEA on April 18, 1994 and is 50 years old. I've read his lawsuit, I've talked to MEA pilots about him.
I could go on for 15 pages about Bill Wilder, he represented the Frontier Mechanics, said McBond doesn't apply to MEA F/A's because it's not a "covered transaction" as it wasn't an airline buying and airline but a Holding Company (Republic Airways Holdings) buying a Holding Company (Midwest Air Group).
I like Bill, he did a decent job for F9's Mechanics and was up against the most despicable Attorney I've ever encountered, Brian M. Mumaugh at Holland and Hart in Denver, representing Frontier in the Chapter 11 and 1113 process. Brian embarrassed himself immensely at the 1113 hearing, it was hilarious to read the dressing down the Judge did on Brian.
I have 100's of pages of Bill's representation on my computer from the Chapter 11, 1113 process on our Mechanics (oh, and I've actually read them).
Bill flip-flops on issues at an amazing rate, depending on who he is currently representing. It was an issue at Arbitration, we (and Bill) couldn't keep track of when he was representing the IBT and when he was representing the "RAH Merger Committee." I reckon that goes with being an Attorney and working for different clients simultaneously. The experienced (old) Attorneys for each group at the Arbitration all said, "Bill's OK, but he's no Roland." Roland is Bill's Dad and has quite the favorable reputation in the RLA world.
Eve likes kayaking, Dan did martial arts years ago. Everybody knows Eve worked for Enron and Dan did some unspeakable act (allegedly) to gain insight into Wayne's world.

Have you heard of Google? It's pretty cool.
Are those some of the "facts" you were looking for? Do you disagree with any of the "facts" I've mentioned?
You REALLY don't think that it's important enough to the F9/FAPA pilots for us to pay attention to what's going on over there? It's sad that you're so self-righteous, self-centered and arrogant that you don't know, or care, about what's going on over here.
One of the fundamental axioms of law is, "Don't ask a question unless you know the answer."
Keep being dismissive and keep up your great line of correction, if you asked questions, there's a chance you might learn. But it seems you're already as smart as you want to be.
