I saw that. I just dont want others to call and think calling HR to see what is happening is the normal. Now recommending people is something different. I have no issue with helping a fellow pilot out. I am just saying JB's office is downstairs in corporate and next to all those lovely management types...... Also Shaun is more of a factor in who actually gets hired.... But you are obviously correct as well JB does the interview along with Shaun and others...... Just make sure anytime you are on the phone with JB you keep it professional and CYA at all times. Its all I am really trying to say..... Recommend more! We need good quality pilots..... So if your friends are that keep them coming! I mean no ill will bud!
