As of today, 650 pilots of the 1437 have been sent letters and tha acceptance rate is approximately one in six. The present plan is to hire approximately 180 total by late Spring and then begin hiring again in August or September. This doesn't reflect the needs that will arise from the semi annual bid which is expected in January.
