Had we voted for the 777 pay rate settlement the Company and Union negotiated in good faith, the vast majority of 777 guys would be making more than the previously negotiated 380 rate today. We shot ourselves in the foot and left a lot of money on the table.

Let's learn from our mistakes and attempt to move forward in a business-like manner. The Company surely will.
