Yes it runs 24 hrs, but I think I'm the only one doing this. Take bus or walk to Subway. Get on E train to the World Trade Center. Walk two blocks to the Path train and take it to Newark Penn Station. Get on local Bus to Newark Liberty Airport. Takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Other wise, Flt Att golden touch, but they do not have to let you on, apparently the flight attendants can refuse to let you ride even if there are seats. That time of day a cab is probably over a hundred bucks.
Another solution for Delta would be to pay for cabs to/from? EWR.
Another suggestion for co-terminal airports would be for you to be able to specify the dept/arrival terminal for DH legs.
That is certainly the cheapest way I've heard of but also quite long. You can get from Kew to EWR by taking LIRR to Penn then Path then EWR Airtrain, all in around an 1.5 hrs if you time it right. It starts getting expensive though.
If youre going to try the crewrunner get on at LGA. If you get on from Kew its always pretty full to lga.
