1) Commuting Contract:

6 weeks on/2 weeks off (paid) schedule
Salary: $11,500/month (net)
150 block hours/two calendar months

2) Non-commuting Contract:

30 days paid annual leave
Salary: $12,400/month (net)
75 block hours/month

Overtime: $200/hour (net)
Training salary: of $6,000 (net)
Living allowance: ￥5,000/month (net)
Travel allowance: $3,000/year (net)
Loyalty bonus: $12,000 for 1st year, $14,000 for 2nd year, $16,000 for 3rd year, $18,000 for 4th year+
