Yes... I've talked to many who approve getting rid of the AFA but are just scared of not having a Union. The others are just so stuck in their ways and scared to step out of their box. The same can be said for many on the Delta side too. I honestly believe that when this is finally done it won't be that bad. Theres been NW FA's in the training dept for awhile now and I never heard of any issues.

As to all the crewrunner problems you guys are certainly welcome on any one I'm on. Unfortunately thats not often. It's always the one of thousands that ruins it for everybody... we all know who they are. The same ones that hoard leftover food from the airplane.

My idea would be to honestly hang a sign on the door of the lounges saying that you dont mind having them stay there but they need to share the wealth . Unfortunately that would probably just lead to them having some manager make sure no FA's ever stay in there.
