How then, if you don't know a current jb pilot can you get an interview (My buddies work at the airlines not hiring )? Nothing against the guys getting interviews with 0 pic time (I know it's probably a pretty small group) but... dang! 3100 hours in military airlift, 1600pic, instructor and can't get a bite. Third time to apply. Starting to wonder if being in the Guard is a good or bad thing. Any reasonable advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
