Nice to know that guys are doing my job with the same exact aircraft for 11 bucks cheaper. Just saying. When a regional airline can undercut the other by that much, it's a sad day in aviation. Again, I just looked. Actually, the starting pay first year at GoJet is $1.00 to $2.00 per hour higher that the others (according to APC). Also, beyond first year pay was not of significant difference. I was actually being gracious in my previous post. Also, I have friends going other places than SWA because of our demographics, 45 to 50 yrs old, would be FO's the rest of their career. Growth within a potential employer and lifestyle are often more important than money. Everyone's career prioities are not the same. Frats and good luck to you.
