Microsoft flight sim should be fine. All the sims that I've flown are touchy and take a little getting used to, so I would imagine that you aren't expected to fly it perfectly during the interview. Just be able to demonstrate that you have a good scan, can enter a hold, fly an approach, etc. I'd spend some time going over some approach plates and also practice briefing them. If you didn't use Jepps during training then you should get familiar with those!
