hey genious.....also some of those guys live in base making 130K a year with 15 days off and home every night and don't feel like "moving up" to a major and being furlough fodder and take a pay cut for the next 10 years and sit reserve for who knows how long. Not everyone has to stroke their ego with a mainline job. I'll put one of "those senior regional CA's" against your FO butt any day and watch him fly circles around you.
