Wow! It's a disgrace to come on here and see how our pilot group is trashing the training department. We have certain standards that we follow and have been sticking to them for over the past years. We take pride in weeding the weak out of our AQP program. Yes we hire low time guys, but we will not bend or go the extra mile to help the young and weak. This is the big league boys.
