My post wasn't meant to incite a riot. However, IMO it doesn't bode well for the DAL pilots. I agree that there are many ways to get around the JV language - from a legal or business perspective. If that is the intent of the company, we are doomed anyway. If the intent was flexibility during a time of economic difficulty, there should have been some snapback language - if there is such language, I'm not aware of it.
