That's hard to tell...

The Joint Venture Protocol spells out the JV basics and is a trilateral document.
It's signed by all three CEOs and all three Union Presidents.

MOU14 changed the compliance window and has two signatures on it SD and TO...

The objective of LOA12 was to capture downside protection
The later MOU14 then essentially gives the protective mechanism a three year hiatus for the promise of future growth.

It is more likely we'll modify the JV prior to the end of the current compliance window than for us to reach the end of the window...

In fact it is not unlikely AFKLMAZ will shrink prior to the end of the three year compliance window thus bringing DAL into compliance not by us growing but by them shrinking...

In the meantime they are down 1-3 flights and we have cut 8+ flights
We are below 50% and in compliance...
