I think it was a CAL guy that made it public, but it doesn't matter the intent was to insight and that's exactly what it did - Good Job Capt Pierce.
It was to big for Capt Pierce not to know - you may want to ask him directly, I understand he answers all emails. As I said before, Capt Pierce knew this email would insight and sent it out anyway - WHY?
