You need one and it is not supplied. There are talks of jepp sets or EFB but I wouldn't hold my breath. Coyote works makes an awesome chart case but you are looking at 300 bucks vs a cheapo (40 bucks) chart case from staples. You wont need it until two weeks into training and the coyote works guys have a payroll deduct system set up so it is basically a 0% loan that you pay back $25 dollars a paycheck. If you go with coyote works make sure to get the metal skidplate on the bottom. If it is going to fail that is where it will happen. If we get new airplanes which is what is bound to happen I am guessing they will have EFB on them or jepp sets. I dont think i would buy the expensive case now. I would gamble that we are a few years away from not having to carry all our stuff around.
