There is a reminder/infraction on APC called 'Unfounded Speculation on Crew Action'. It can be tricky to apply because of the grey line between talking about a mishap for safety's sake and then talking about a mishap to try and steer opinions or bathe circumstances in a certain light because you have a bone to pick with some company.
They can often use the same words and the difference will be in the presentation and the even the history of the presenter.
Tread carefully when it come to this.
