I think that most of them like feeling like they are hot stuff with 4 bars on their shoulders Seriously, I decided to instruct up north and my best friend stayed at ERAU because "the airlines like CFI's that instructed at riddle". I had lunch with him not too long ago down in Daytona and ERAU kool-aid got the best of him. He's got 4 bars on the shoulder and has more attitude than a 777 Captain. He used be modest and overall a great guy but 3 years of instructing at the "Harvard of Aviation" got to him... As far as girls are concerned there is none. It was almost amusing watching girls that received NO attention in High School become the object of desire. Many of them became very popular with the guys We called this "riddle vision"
