The only thing it seems for you to do then is to file a complaint with the VA's office if you feel that the 0% disability is unfair. There are certain speciality groups out there that will be your advocates. The VA is not your advocate - they are the government. These lawyer groups are businesses and they will take a one-time percentage of anything that you are awarded; but it means a job then it very well may be worth it. There is a formal process for disagreeing with the claim too if you want to try the process out for yourself first. Hearing seems to be the favorite for former aircrew at least.
